リアル＆バーチャルスポーツ・メタバースなどスポーツ×テクノロジーを活用した、小山市の「田園環境都市」「健康まちづくり」「生涯スポーツ」の推進とバーチャルeスポーツを通して教育的価値の創造とスポーツ精神を育み、リアルスポーツとバーチャルスポーツの振興に寄与することを目的。栃木県eスポーツ連合(TeSU)と近畿大学発ベンチャー企業、一般社団法人ASOBIDEVICEにより設立。
